LoryvethTV is designed to keep viewing simple. This policy explains the information needed to run the app and the controls you have over it.

This policy applies to the LoryvethTV app, related websites, and support conversations. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information you provide

You may give us an email address, display name, profile image, country or region, watchlist items, playback preferences, and the contents of a support request. Please do not send sensitive information that we did not ask for.

2. Information created by use

We may receive device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash data, search terms, playback position, completion events, and broad interaction timestamps. We also receive product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, and expiration status from Apple.

3. Why we use it

We use information to create and protect accounts, provide playback and progress sync, remember preferences, validate purchases, improve reliability and recommendations, prevent abuse, send service notices, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share only what is needed with providers that host data, deliver video, monitor crashes, send notifications, provide support, or validate Apple transactions. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people, the service, or a legal claim. We do not sell it or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

5. Apple purchases

Apple processes payment and may provide a receipt or transaction status. We do not receive your full card number or Apple ID password. Apple handles some data under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legitimate records, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.

7. Your choices

8. Children and updates

LoryvethTV is not directed to children under 13, or the higher age required locally. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will post the latest effective date here.
