Membership agreement

This agreement explains how a LoryvethTV membership starts, renews, and ends. The offer screen in the app controls the exact plan you select.

These terms supplement the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Buying, restoring, or using a membership feature means you accept them.

1. Membership benefits

A plan may unlock the content, quality, downloads, profiles, reduced advertising, or other benefits listed on the offer screen. Benefits vary by plan, region, device, and content rights; membership is access, not ownership.

2. Price, period, and taxes

Before confirmation, Apple displays the plan, billing period, currency, price, applicable taxes, trial or introductory offer, and renewal price. Plans may be weekly, monthly, annual, or another period shown at checkout.

3. Apple billing

Apple charges the payment method connected to your Apple Account and controls receipts, taxes, authorization, and refunds. We receive transaction and entitlement status so we can grant or restore benefits, not your full card number or password.

4. Auto-renewal and trials

Unless you turn off renewal in Apple subscription settings, a recurring plan renews for the same period at the displayed renewal price. Apple may charge within 24 hours before the period ends. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end.

5. Cancellation and access

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period. Plan changes, refunds, and immediate access changes follow Apple policies and local consumer law.

6. Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration does not create a new subscription or extend a paid period. Check the account and network if verification fails.

7. Limits, refunds, and changes

We may limit streams, supported devices, or download windows as shown in the offer. Content may leave when rights expire. Refund requests start with Apple Support because Apple processes payment. Material future price or benefit changes will be shown as required by law.

8. Support and document order

For billing, receipts, cancellations, or refunds, use Apple Subscription settings and Apple Support. For an entitlement issue, email lorlorsfwf@163.com. If documents conflict, the purchase screen controls plan details, this agreement controls membership, and the User Agreement controls general use.
